Waterproof measures and continuous construction technology of super long structure of a comprehensive office building

某综合办公楼地下室和屋面采用补偿收缩混凝土结构自防水和聚氨脂涂膜双防水措施,地下结构、地上结构施工均采用补偿收缩混凝土超长结构连续施工技术。结合工程实际情况,通过保证膨胀剂限制膨胀率≥0.08%,优化混凝土配合比,合理设置膨胀加强带,在保证防水质量前提下,加快施工进度。

Shrinkage-compensating concrete structure waterproof and polyurethane coating double waterproof measures were adopted in basement and roof of an office building. Super-long structure continuous construction technology of shrinkage-compensating concrete was also used in both of underground structure and overground structure construction. Combined to the practical situation, by selecting expansive agent for concrete with restrained expansion rate ≥0.08%, optimizing mix proportion of concrete and setting expansion reinforcing band, schedule of construction is speeded up under the precondition of keeping good waterproof quality.
