摘要
本文通过对机制砂干混砂浆生产过程中进厂原材料、中间产物、出厂砂浆的过程控制,分析了干混砂浆与预拌混凝土质量控制的区别,建立了过程控制是实现干混砂浆质量稳定可靠保证的观念,尤其是对过程中间产物机制砂更应建立以形貌、颗粒级配等为中心的质量控制手段,抛弃强度唯一的错误做法,适应以机制砂为核心,水泥为主要胶凝材料的过程控制检测方法,得到以干混砂浆生产工艺为基础的过程控制体系。
Through process control raw materials, intermediate products, the production of dry mortar based on the mechanism of sand into the factory dry-mixed of mortar production process, analyzed dry-mixed mortar and differences of ready-mixed concrete quality control, set up a the concept of process control of dry-mixed mortar quality assurance is to implement stable and reliable, especially the process intermediate of mechanism sand should be more centered on the means of quality control morphology and particle size distribution and so on, abandon mistake behavior for intensity only, to adapted to the process control testing methods of the mechanism of sand as the core and cement as the main gelled material, got control system on the basis of dry-mixed mortar production technology of process.
