本文通过对机制砂干混砂浆生产过程中进厂原材料、中间产物、出厂砂浆的过程控制,分析了干混砂浆与预拌混凝土质量控制的区别,建立了过程控制是实现干混砂浆质量稳定可靠保证的观念,尤其是对过程中间产物机制砂更应建立以形貌、颗粒级配等为中心的质量控制手段,抛弃强度唯一的错误做法,适应以机制砂为核心,水泥为主要胶凝材料的过程控制检测方法,得到以干混砂浆生产工艺为基础的过程控制体系。
