再生细骨料和石粉制备湿拌砂浆的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以不同比例再生细骨料取代天然砂,研究了再生细骨料掺量对湿拌砂浆及掺石粉湿拌砂浆基本性能的影响。结果表明:再生细骨料对湿拌砂浆性能影响较为显著,石粉取代部分细骨料对再生细骨料湿拌砂浆性能具有改善作用。综合分析,再生细骨料掺量为30%、石粉掺量为10%,可制备性能较优的湿拌砂浆。 This paper concentrates on the influence of the basic performance of recycled fine aggregate content of mortar and the mixed stone powder wet mixing mortar by different proportion of recycled fine aggregate instead of natural sand. The results show that recycled fine aggregate has a pronounced effect for basic performance of Premixed wet mortar. And it has a promoting effect for premixed wet mortar when powder to replace part of fine aggregate. Emphasized, when the dosage of recycled fine aggregate is 30%, the dosage of limestone power is 10%, wet mixing mortar has a best performance.
