摘要
为阐明影响湿拌砂浆力学性能关键因素,研究了用水量、外加剂掺量、水泥用量及养护条件等对湿拌砂浆抗压强度和粘结拉伸强度的影响。结果表明:湿拌砂浆抗压强度和拉伸粘结强度对用水量并不十分敏感,存在最佳用水量范围240~260m3/kg;保水增稠组分外加剂是提高湿拌砂浆施工性能的关键因素,但会显著降低湿拌砂浆的抗压强度,其掺量需综合考虑湿拌砂浆的施工性能和力学性能来确定;提高水泥用量可显著提高湿拌砂浆的力学性能,但较高的水泥掺量下其需水量增大,实际强度提高并不明显;养护方式显著影响湿拌砂浆力学性能的发展,施工后需做好养护措施以保证砂浆的施工质量。
In order to elucidate the key influence factors on mechanical properties of wet-mixed plastering mortar, the influence of water consumption, mixing amount of admixture, cement consumption and maintenance measures on compressive strength and feltstrength of wet-mixed plastering mortar were studied. The results showed that the water consumption was insensitive to the compressive strength and feltstrength but exist optimum water content 240-260 m3/kg. Water retentive and thickening admixture was the key factor to improve wetmixed plastering mortar's workability but it would decrease the compressive strength. The mixing amount of admixture was determined by workability and mechanical properties of wet-mixed plastering mortar. The mechanical properties were improved with the amount of cement increased. The practical strength did not increase obviously because of the higher amount of cement need more water in wetmixed plastering mortar to keep workability. Maintenance measures had significant effect on the strength development of wet-mixed plastering mortar. It must be adopt relevant maintenance measures after construction.
