摘要
本文结合某大型水电站工程,通过正交试验,并结合碾压混凝土、净浆及变态混凝土三者之间的关系来探讨变态混凝土配合比设计。考虑了净浆水胶比、掺合料掺量、加浆量及外加剂掺量对变态混凝土的影响,以保证碾压与加浆变态两类混凝土在强度、变形等性能上的匹配性,满足坝体材料及结构的要求,旨在探索和完善变态混凝土的应用技术基础,以指导现场施工。
In this paper, a large hydropower station project, by adopting the method of orthogonal design experiment, and combined with the relationship between RCC and paste and distorted concrete to investigate metamorphosis concrete mix proportion design. Taking into account the net slurry water glue ratio, blending material dosage, coupled with the influence of paste amount and the amount of admixture of normal concrete, in order to ensure the grinding slurry and the metamorphosis of the two kinds of concrete on the strength and deformation properties of matching, meet the requirements of the material and structure of the dam, aims to explore and improve the distorted concrete application technology, so as to guide the construction site.
