采用砂浆富余系数法设计清水混凝土试验研究

Experiment research of fair-faced concreteby surplus coefficient of mortar

本文采用砂浆富余系数法对清水混凝土配合比进行设计,根据经验选择砂浆富余系数1.9。试验表明:选择普通的砂、石、水泥、矿粉和外加剂等原材料以及自制的脱模剂,经过周密严谨的施工安排和细节处理,即可实现清水混凝土效果。

The research designed the mixture ratio of fair-faced concrete by surplus coefficient of mortar, and according to the experience to chose surplus coefficient of mortar is 1.9. The results show that, using the ordinary sand, stone, cement, slag powder, admixtures and homemade release agent,the effect of fair-faced concrete can be realized after careful rigorous construction schedule and details.
