摘要
本文根据成都双铁下穿工程咬合桩对混凝土的技术性能要求,开展了超缓凝混凝土的凝结时间、工作性能及力学性能试验研究,研制出性能稳定的C30超缓凝混凝土,其初凝时间大于60h,工作性能良好,3d强度小于3MPa,28d强度大于30MPa,满足工程设计要求,并在工程中成功应用,取得较好的社会、经济效益。
According to the technology properties requirements of secant pile in Chengdu double iron project,this paper carried out the setting time,working performance and mechanical performance test research of super retarding concrete,and prepared the C30 super retarding concrete with stable performance,the initial setting time is larger than 60 hours,the working performance is good,the strength of 3 days is less than 3MPa,and the strength of 28 days is larger than 30 MPa.It can meet the engineering design requirements,and is successfully applied in the project.Achieved good social and economic benefits.
