摘要
本文通过使用磨细赤泥取代低品质粉煤灰和矿粉的试验,研究赤泥作为掺合料对水泥胶砂和预拌混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:赤泥取代20%低品质粉煤灰应用于混凝土中时,水泥胶砂抗压强度和混凝土抗压强度最优,且均高于基准样;赤泥取代磨细矿渣粉时,随着取代量增加抗压强度均出现不同程度的降低;混凝土掺入赤泥后较普通混凝土抗氯离子渗透性提高了14.5%。
In this paper, the effect of red mud as admixture on the properties of cement mortar and ready mixed concrete was studied by the use of red mud instead of low quality fly ash and mineral powder.The results show that the red mud to replace 20% of low quality fly ash used in concrete, cement mortar compressive strength and compressive strength of concrete optimal, and were higher than that of the reference sample. Instead of red mud slag powder, with the substitution amount of increase of the compressive strength decreased in different degree. The incorporation of concrete than ordinary concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration after red mud increased by 14.5%.
