摘要
混凝土中浆体的品质决定了混凝土力学性能、耐久性能能否达到设计、标准要求。但混凝土中浆体用料的配比是否按照设计,则通过混凝土状态、常规检测手段无法判断。经常出现混凝土中浆体用料配比错误,而导致混凝土工程实体强度不足或无强度的工程质量事故发生。为此,本文提出了混凝土中浆体用料配比的检验方法——酸碱度法。工程实践表明:酸碱度法可以有效检验混凝土中浆体用料配比是否按照设计,从而保证混凝土工程实体的质量,避免混凝土工程质量事故的发生。
The slurry of concrete determined the quality of mechanical properties and durability of concrete whether to meet the design requirements and standards. The concrete state and conventional detection methods could not detect the mix of slurry whether in according to the design. The error mix of slurry often led to the occurrence of the engineering quality accident. To this end, put forward the test method of slurry mix, the acid and alkali method. Engineering practice shows that the acid and alkali method can effective test the mix of slurry whether run according to the design, so to ensure concrete engineering entity quality, and avoid the occurrence of concrete engineering quality accident.
