硅酸盐土壤固化剂配方研究及生产实现探讨

摘要 按照我国路基施工规范要求,在基层施工材料选择中多以石灰、粉煤灰等作为混合固化材料,也有使用水泥直接作为固化材料的情况,但单纯使用上述材料进行施工,无论从施工质量还是施工成本来说都有明显的缺陷。本文讨论以复合硅酸物作为基材的粉体固化剂,其生产及应用会大大丰富施工材料的选择,同时利用简单材料实现工厂化生产,获得较高的利润附加值。研究探讨中主要是针对粉体固化剂在与土壤结合后结构的强度、稳定性展开,确定其生产配料方向的同时,结合其特点提出生产实现的方案,最后综合评价其生产、应用、质量、效益等优缺点,提出改进方向。 In accordance with the requirements for subgrade construction in our country, in the base construction material selection by lime, fly ash as the mixed curing material, there are also using cement as curing material directly, but only using the above material for construction, no matter from the construction quality and construction cost all have obvious flaws. In this paper, composite silicate material is used as base material of powder curing agent, its production and application will greatly enrich the choice of construction materials, using simple materials factory production at the same time, higher profits of added value. Research mainly for the powder by the strength of the curing agent in combination with soil structure, stability, determine its production of ingredients direction at the same time, combining with the characteristics of its production implementation scheme is put forward, finally comprehensive evaluation of the quality and benefit in production, application, advantages and disadvantages, such as put forward the improvement direction.
