大体积混凝土冬期施工容易出现受冻和温度裂缝问题。本工程通过严格控制原材料质量、冬期混凝土配合比设计、生产过程控制、水化温升计算和实测以及保湿保温养护等措施,有效保证了施工质量,为北方地区冬季大体积混凝土施工提供借鉴。
It is easy to be frozen and produce temperature cracks in the process of massive concrete construction in winter. It's effective to guarantee construction quality and provide reference for massive concrete construction in the north area in winter through strictly controlling the quality of raw materials, concrete mix design in the winter, production and supply process control, calculation and test of hydration temperature rise as well as moisturizing insulation conservation measures.
