C50钢纤维混凝土试验研究

摘要 为配制徐州市某重点高架工程C50钢纤维混凝土,采用正交试验方法研究不同水胶比、掺合料掺量、钢纤维体积率及砂率对混凝土力学性能的影响。在正交试验得出的最优配合比参数下进行钢纤维掺量优化,得到满足工程设计要求的配合比。研究结果表明:钢纤维掺量从0~100kg/m^3,混凝土坍落度变化不大,扩展度逐渐降低,抗压强度略微增长,劈拉和抗折强度明显提高;水胶比0.32、掺合料掺量30%、钢纤维掺量40kg/m^3、砂率38%时,C50钢纤维混凝土各项性能指标满足工程设计及规范要求。 In order to prepare C50 steel fiber reinforced concrete for an important elevated project in Xuzhou, the influence of different water cement ratio, admixture content, steel fiber volume fraction and sand ratio on mechanical properties of concrete were studied by orthogonal test. The optimum ratio of steel fiber was obtained by orthogonal test, and the ratio of steel fiber was optimized to meet the requirement of Engineering design. The results showed that the content of steel fiber concrete slump degree from 0~100 kg/m^3, little change, expansion degree decreased gradually, the compressive strength increased slightly, tensile and flexural strength increased; water cement ratio 0.32, admixture 30%, the content of steel fiber 40 kg/m^3, sand ratio 38%, and design specification of C50 steel fiber concrete performance indexes meet the requirements of the project.
