不同表面处理麦秸秆对水泥基材料力学性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of wheat straw treated with different surface treatments on mechanical properties of cement-based materials

摘要 本文分别采用碱液蒸煮、硅烷偶联剂接枝、聚合物包裹三种方法对麦秸秆进行表面处理,并将其应用于水泥基材料中,探究在不同表面处理方式下麦秸秆对水泥基材料力学性能的影响。研究表明:采用碱液蒸煮法制备麦秸秆纤维时NaOH最佳浓度为15%,蒸煮时间控制在40min;硅烷偶联剂与聚乙烯醇浓度均为1%分别是接枝处理与包裹处理麦秸秆纤维的最佳浓度;经对比分析,在碱液蒸煮基础上,选用聚合物包裹处理麦秸秆纤维对其水泥基材料力学性能改善具有更好的效果。 Using alkali liquorcooking, silane coupling agentgrafting, polymer enwrapping three methods to treat wheat straw surface, and it is applied in cement-based materials, explore wheat straw in different surface treatment methods influences on the mechanical properties of cement-based materials. The study shows that the best Na OH concentration of alkali liquorcooks wheat straw fiber is 15%, the cooking time controlled in 40 min; When silane coupling agent and polyvinyl alcohol concentration is 1% respectively, reach best concentration of grafting and enwrapping wheat straw fiber; by comparative analysis, the treatment of wheat straw fiber with polymer enwrapping on the basis of alkali liquor cooking has better effect on improving the mechanical properties of cement-based materials.
