摘要
本文系统研究了引气剂不同掺量对混凝土的含气量和抗压强度的影响。通过加速碳化试验以及冻融循环试验,探究了引气剂不同掺量对混凝土的抗碳化特性以及抗冻性的影响;采用压汞法探究了引气剂不同掺量对混凝土孔结构的影响。结果表明:随着引气剂掺量的增加,混凝土含气量增大,且增加幅度变大。2‰掺量的引气剂能提高混凝土的抗压强度、抗碳化性能以及抗冻性,是最优掺量,且随着掺量的增加,混凝土的抗冻性降低。
The effect of different content of air entraining agent on the gas content and compressive strength of concrete was systematically studied. The carbonation resistance and freezing resistance of concrete were studied by accelerated carbonization test and freeze-thaw cycle test. The influence of different content of air entraining agent on the pore structure of concrete was investigated by MIP. The results show that with the increase of the amount of air entraining agent, the gas content in concrete increases and the increasing range becomes larger. The addition of 2‰ air-entraining agent can improve the compressive strength, carbonization resistance and freezing resistance of concrete, which is the optimal content. With the increase of the content, the freezing resistance of concrete decreases.
