摘要
本文通过物理和化学两种途径对再生骨料表面进行处理,打破再生粗骨料使用限制,改善日益紧张的骨料供需局面。结果表明,通过颗粒物理整形、化学浸渍均能有效提升再生骨料品质,随着对再生骨料表面处理措施的增加,再生骨料的粒形变好,再生混凝土的工作性逐渐提升。通过表面整形和浸渍处理的再生骨料应用于C60混凝土中,其28d的抗压强度满足C60抗压强度的要求。
This paper studied to treat the surface of coarse aggregate by physical and chemical methods to expand the use of recycled coarse aggregate and alleviate the increasingly tense situation of aggregate supply and demand. The results show that, by particle physical shaping or chemical impregnation can effectively improve the quality of recycled aggregate. With the increase of surface treatment measures of recycled aggregate, the particle shape of recycled aggregate becomes better, and the workability of recycled concrete is gradually improved. The 28 days compressive strength of C60 concrete using the recycled aggregate treated by surface shaping and impregnation can meets the requirement.
