摘要
本研究在传统的聚羧酸保坍剂生产工艺基础上,基于分子结构设计和反应过程控制的思想,通过在反应体系中引入丙烯酸钠(AAS)研制出一种低敏感性聚羧酸保坍剂。经净浆和混凝土试验验证,该类聚羧酸保坍剂能拓宽保坍剂的净浆有效掺量范围,降低保坍剂的掺量敏感性和温度敏感性,而不会影响混凝土强度。
A kind of polycarboxylic retaining agent characterized low sensibility was developed by introducing sodium acrylate(AAS) in the reaction system, based on common polycarboxylic retaining agent and ideas of molecular structure design and reaction process control. Results from cement paste and concrete showed that this kind of polycarboxylaic retaining agent could broaden valid dosage range of retaining agent in cement paste and decrease dosage sensibility and temperature sensibility of retaining agent in concrete, while didn't affect strength of concrete.
