超高减水率聚羧酸母液的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用分子量为3000的聚醚大单体(HPEG)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,在引发剂作用下,40~45℃反应3小时,合成了一种超高减水率的聚羧酸母液SU-PC。研究发现,在合成工艺中引入3000分子量的聚醚大单体,合成的母液减水率明显提高,且混凝土和易性较好。文中对2400分子量HPEG和3000分子量HPEG合成母液进行性能对比,并通过FT-IR、GPC等结构表征。该聚羧酸母液具有减水率高、和易性好及合成工艺简单等优点。 In this paper, a new kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor(SU-PC) with super high waterreducing rate was prepared by reaction of methyl allylpolyethenoxy(HPEG, Mn 3000) with acrylic acid in the presence of initiator at low temperature(40~45 centigrade). The research showed that the water-reducing rate of the mother liquor increased obviously, and the workability of the concrete was better with the use of methyl allylpolyethenoxy(HPEG, Mn 3000). the properties of the mother liquor prepared by HPEG(Mn 2400) and HPEG(Mn 3000) were compared and characterized by FT-IR and GPC. The synthesized sample has the advantages of super high water-reducing rate, excellent workability, and simple sunthesis process.
