石粉对机制砂自密实砂浆性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of stone powder on the performance of manufactured-sand self-compacting mortar

摘要 本文以机制砂自密实砂浆为研究对象,在不同水灰比和不同减水剂掺量时,对比分析了石粉含量对砂浆和易性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:石粉可以较好地改善自密实砂浆拌合物的和易性,且水灰比越大,允许的石粉含量越大,减水剂掺量越大,允许的石粉含量越大;石粉含量在10%~15%范围内,砂浆的力学性能较好。这对砂浆石粉含量的确定具有较好的参考价值。 The effects of stone powder on workability and mechanical performance of self-compacting manufactured-sand mortar were comparatively studied when the water-to-cement ratio and the content of water reducer were different. The experimental results show that stone powder at some content can improve the workability of self-compacting mortar, and the greater the water-to-cement is, the greater the content of water reducer is, the greater the stone powder content is. The mechanical performances of self-compacting manufactured-sand mortar were greater when the content of stone powder was 10%~15% by weight. It has the reference value for the determination of stone powder when the self-compacting manufactured-sand mortar is prepared.
