摘要
水泥砂浆、混凝土适量掺入粉煤灰可有效提高力学、抗渗性能,本文综述了粉煤灰的组成、分类及机械激发其活性的方法,机械活化对粉煤灰颗粒表观形貌的影响,总结出机械粉磨活化粉煤灰通过破坏粉煤灰中的空心玻璃珠和玻璃微珠的表面形态,从而有效提高了粉煤灰的火山灰反应活性。
Fly ash can improve the mechanical and permeability performance in cement mortar and concrete. The composition and classification of fly ash and the method of mechanical stimulate are reviewed. Fly ash particles apparent morphology is influenced by mechanical activation. We found that the mechanical grinding can activate fly ash by damaging the surface of the hollow glass beads and glass beads form. Thus the mechanical grinding can improve effectively the reactivity of fly ash.
