Experimental study on carbonation resistance of concrete with mineral admixtures

摘要 本文利用加速碳化试验研究了矿物掺合料种类及掺量对混凝土碳化深度的影响,并采用X射线衍射技术、压汞法和X射线计算机断层扫描技术对其碳化前后的孔结构变化进行研究。结果表明:随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土抗碳化能力降低,碳化深度增长迅速;矿渣对混凝土的抗碳化性能优于粉煤灰对混凝土的抗碳化性能;碳化之后,矿物掺合料混凝土的孔数量减小,孔径被细化。 The effect of mineral admixtures on the carbonation depth of concrete was studied by accelerated carbonation test. And the change of pore structure of the concrete was studied by XRD, MIP and X ray computed tomography technique. The results show that with the increase of fly ash content, the anti carbonization ability of concrete is decreased, and the carbonation depth increases rapidly. The carbonization resistance of concrete with slag is better than that of concrete with fly ash; The number of pores of concrete with the mineral admixture was reduced and the pore size was after carbonization.
