摘要
本文以再生骨料取代率、锂渣掺量与水灰比为变量,配制锂渣再生骨料混凝土进行预拌处理,进行力学性能试验研究。研究发现:预拌处理后,锂渣再生骨料混凝土试件可达到预拌混凝土力学性能要求,不同龄期对抗压强度有不同程度的影响;水灰比一定时,再生骨料取代率50%、锂渣掺量20%的28d立方体抗压强度最高;根据试验结果对强度比αc进行线性关系拟合,提出了适用于预拌锂渣再生骨料混凝土抗压强度比的计算公式。
To replace rate of recycled aggregates, dosage of lithium slag and water cement ratio is variable, the preparation of lithium slag recycled aggregate concrete pre-mixed processing, mechanical properties test. The study found that after the pre-mixed treatment, the test pieces of the recycled aggregate concrete of lithium slag can meet the mechanical properties of the pre-mixed concrete, and the influence of different levels of compressive strength of different ages is different; When the water ash ratio is certain, the replacement rate of the regenerated aggregates is 50%, and the 28 d cube, which is 20% of the content of lithium residue, has the highest compressive strength. According to the test results, the linear relationship between the strength ratio and the alpha c is proposed, and the calculation formula for the compressive strength ratio of the recycled aggregate concrete is proposed.
