影响装配式构件生产效率的瓶颈及解决途径

The bottleneck of influencing the production efficiency of PC component and its solution

摘要 本文根据公司遇到的影响装配式(PC)构件生产效率的瓶颈,以及对遇到类似问题工厂的调研,指出了养护窑养护温度不高,就是影响PC构件生产效率的瓶颈。试验数据表明,养护窑温度提高到50℃后,在南方的冬季拆模时间可以大大缩短,产能可以提高1倍以上。并提出了养护窑改造的可行方案。 This paper points out that the curing kiln temperature is not high according to the bottleneck of PC component production efficiency encountered by the company and the investigation of similar problems in the factory. It is the bottleneck that affects the production efficiency of PC components. The experimental data showed that when the temperature of the curing kiln is increased to 50 degrees, the time of removing the mould in winter in the south can be greatly shortened. The production capacity can be increased by more than twice, and the feasible scheme for the renovation of the curing kiln is put forward.
