机制砂生产设备容易出现的故障及故障排除方法和预防措施

Exclusion method and preventive measures of machine-made sand production equipment failure

笔者通过对在用机制砂设备生产干粉砂浆用砂过程中遇到的大量设备故障实际案例的分析,指出了机制砂设备容易出现的故障,分析了故障产生的原因,给出了故障排除的方法,以及提出预防此类故障出现的措施。

Through the analysis of the actual cases of a large number of equipment failures encountered in the process of producing dry powder mortar with machine-made sand equipment, the author points out the faults that are easy to occur in the machine-made sand equipment, and analyzes the causes of the failures. The methods of exclusion method and the measures to prevent the occurrence of such faults were discussed.
