摘要
混凝土中泥的存在可能会对聚羧酸减水剂产生吸附,降低使用效果。本文分析了泥的来源,并综述了泥对掺聚羧酸减水剂混凝土工作性能、力学性能以及耐久性等的影响,认为混凝土中的泥主要来自集料和搅拌站废水,使用聚羧酸减水剂时应用当控制泥的含量,并积极研究阻泥技术。
The presence of mud in concrete may adsorb polycarboxylic water reducer and reduce its application effect.This paper analyses the source of mud,and summarizes the influence of mud on the performance,mechanical properties and durability of concrete with polycarboxylic acid water reducer.It is considered that the mud in concrete mainly comes from aggregate and waste water from mixing station.When using polycarboxylic acid water reducer the content of mud should be controlled,and the mud-blocking technology should be actively studied.
