摘要
本文探讨了不同掺量混凝土废浆粉对水泥需水量比、胶砂流动度和抗压强度的影响,为废浆粉在预拌混凝土或预拌砂浆中的运用提供技术支持。结果表明:废浆粉可作为辅助材料替代粉煤灰使用,但掺量应控制在一定的范围内。同时,随着废浆粉掺量的增加,需水量比逐步增大,水泥胶砂流动度和胶砂强度呈逐渐降低的趋势。
Through experiments,the effects of the dosages of different concrete waste slurry powder on ratio of water demand,cement mortar fluidity and compressive strength were discussed,and technical support was provided for the application of concrete waste slurry powder in ready-mixed concrete or ready-mixed mortar.The results show that the concrete waste slurry powder can be used as an auxiliary material instead of fly ash,but the dosage should be controlled within a certain range.At the same time,as the increase of the amount of concrete waste slurry powder,the ratio of water demand was gradually increased,and the fluidity of cement mortar and compressive strength was gradually decreased.
