摘要
本文分析了铁尾矿砂项目研究的意义,对比国内外研究的现状;通过选用合适的原材料,制定了铁尾砂保温板粘结砂浆的配制原则和配合比设计,并进行试验试配,通过对砂浆性能的比较,选出性能优异的配合比;制定了铁尾砂保温板粘结砂浆的施工工艺,最后对铁尾砂保温板粘结砂浆性能进行分析,总结出研究结论。
This paper analyses the significance of research on iron tailings sand project and compares the current situation of research at home and abroad.Through selecting suitable raw materials,it formulates the compounding principle and mix proportion design of iron tailings thermal insulation board bonded mortar,and carries on the experiment and trial compounding,through the comparison of mortar performance,chooses the mix proportion with excellent performance.It also formulates the construction technology of iron tailings thermal insulation board bonded mortar,and finally draws up the construction technology of iron tailings thermal insulation board bonded.The properties of bonded mortar for iron tailings insulation board are analyzed and the research conclusions are summarized.
