机制砂石粉在混凝土中的应用

用不同水泥,在C20～C40各个强度等级、配合比不变、原材料不变的前提下,研究用30kg机制砂石粉代替10kg矿粉后对混凝土各种性能,尤其是强度的影响。通过对相同强度等级、相同水泥、相同原材料掺与不掺机制砂石粉的大量试验数据的总结,论证了用30kg机制砂石粉代替10kg矿粉后对混凝土各种施工性能、尤其是强度没有任何影响;能给企业带来可观的经济效益,同时为机制砂石粉在混凝土中的应用起到了抛砖引玉的作用。

By using different cement,in each strength grade of C20~C40,under the premise of constant mix ratio and constant raw material,the author has tested the influence of replacing 10kg mineral powder with 30kg stone powder of mechanism sand on properties of concrete,especially strength.Through summing up a large number of test data of the same strength grade,the same cement,the same raw material mixed with the mechanical stone powder,it is proved that the construction performance of concrete after replacing the 10kg mineral powder with the 30kg stone powder of mechanism sand is proved.In particular,the strength has no effect.It can bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises,and it also plays an important role in the application of stone powder of mechanism sand in concrete.
