不同分选工艺铅锌尾砂制备混凝土及性能研究

Study of preparation and properties of concrete from lead-zinc tailings by different separation processes

摘要 本文研究了分选工艺对铅锌尾砂制备混凝土性能的影响规律。结果表明:经分选的铅锌尾砂同等磨细时间下其比表面积远远大于全尾砂,同等掺加比例下其细度过细导致所制备混凝土的力学性能及新拌混凝土流动性表现不佳。本试验条件下,推荐1号铅锌尾砂掺量应控制在15%以内,因其拌和性能较差所以建议制备对流动性要求不高的预制构件混凝土。2号铅锌尾砂掺量应控制在20%以内。 The influence of separation technology of concrete properties prepared from lead-zinc tailings was studied.The results show that the specific surface area of the separated lead-zinc tailings is much larger than that of the whole tailings under the same grinding time,and the fineness of the separated lead-zinc tailings at the same mixing ratio leads to poor mechanical properties and fluidity of fresh concrete.Under the experimental conditions,the recommended amount of No.1 lead-zinc tailings should be controlled within 15%.Because of its poor mixing performance,it is suggested to prepare prefabricated concrete with low fluidity requirements.The content of No.2 lead-zinc tailings should be controlled within20%.
