摘要
本文研究了一种颜料超分散剂在高性能混凝土中的作用,通过与聚羧酸减水剂复合使用,测试了其对高性能混凝土工作性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,该超分散剂对水泥颗粒具有很好的润湿效果,应用于聚羧酸高性能混凝土中可以起到优异的流动度保持效果,吸附数据显示该超分散剂可以明显降低水泥颗粒对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附,能作为一种保塑剂使用。并且掺用超分散剂后的硬化混凝土在表面光洁度和抗压强度也表现出好的效果。
In this paper,the role of a pigment hyperdispersant in concrete was investigated.The effect on the workability and mechanical properties of concrete was tested by using it with a polycarboxylate superplasticizer.The test results showed that the hyperdispersant has good wetting effect to cement particles,and can maintain excellent fluidity retention effect on polycarboxylate type concrete.The adsorption data showed that the hyperdispersant can reduce the adsorption of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on cement particles.It is used as a plasticizer,and it also has a good effect on the hardened polycarboxylate concrete,a better surface finish and a higher compressive strength.
