降粘剂在C60和C80超高强混凝土中的应用研究

摘要 本文采用常规原材料和生产工艺,使用降粘剂和高性能聚羧酸外加剂的复掺技术,制备C60和C80超高强混凝土,研究降粘剂的掺量对C60和C80超高强混凝土工作性能、粘度、倒坍落流动时间和抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:降粘剂可以大大降低超高强混凝土的粘度,降低超高强混凝倒坍落流动时间,改善超高强混凝土的工作性能,提高超高强混凝土的抗压强度。 In the study, it prepares super high strength concrete of C60 and C80, by using conventional raw materials and production technology, and using of mixing technology of viscosity reducer and high performance polycarboxylate admixtures. It studies on the dosage of viscosity reducer for the performance(viscosity, influence of inverted slump flow time and compressive strength) of super high strength concrete of C60 and C80. The results show that the viscosity reducer can greatly reduce the viscosity of super high strength concrete, reduce inverted slump flow time of super high strength concrete, improve the working performance of super high strength concrete, increase the compressive strength of super high strength concrete.
