摘要
本文研究了烧结粘土用于轻质高强混凝土时对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:掺入烧结粘土能明显提高混凝土的力学性能,降低混凝土的收缩率,提高混凝土体积稳定性;烧结粘土的最佳掺量为10%左右,超过最佳掺量后混凝土的强度略有降低,且烧结粘土疏松多孔的微观结构会导致其吸收部分水分,使得混凝土工作性能降低。
In this paper, the effect of sintered clay on the performance of lightweight high strength concrete is studied. The experimental results show that the addition of sintered clay can obviously improve the mechanical properties of concrete,reduce the shrinkage of concrete, and improve the volume stability of concrete. The optimum content of sintered clay is about 10%, and the strength of concrete decreases slightly when the content of sintered clay exceeds the optimum content.Moreover, the porous microstructure of sintered clay will lead to the absorption of part of water and decrease the working performance of concrete.
