摘要
本研究采用不同比例的锰尾矿砂替代机制砂配制混合砂混凝土,测试了不同掺量的锰尾矿砂对水泥胶砂需水量、混凝土工作性能、力学性能和混凝土电通量的影响。结果表明,适量的锰尾矿砂能够优化集料级配,使得水泥胶砂需水量降低,混凝土和易性和保坍性能得以改善,力学强度相比基准提高,混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀能力提高,研究证明适量锰尾矿砂替代机制砂生产混凝土技术可行。
Manganese tailings with different proportions were used instead of manufactured sand to prepare mixed sand concrete, and the effects of different content of manganese tailings on the water demand of cement mortar, workability,strength performance and concrete electric flux were tested. The results show that the appropriate amount of manganese tailings can optimize aggregate gradation, reduce the water demand of cement mortar, improve the workability and slump retention performance of concrete, improve the mechanical strength compared with the benchmark, and improve the chloride ion corrosion resistance of concrete. The research proves that it is feasible to produce concrete with appropriate amount of Manganese Tailings instead of manufactured sand.
