石粉对不同配合比设计参数的机制砂砂浆性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of stone powder on the performance of manufactured sand mortar with different mix design parameters

摘要 在机制砂生产过程中,不可避免地会产生一部分石粉,即粒径小于75μm的颗粒。为探索石粉对机制砂砂浆性能影响的规律,本研究采用不同水灰比(W/C)和不同砂灰比(S/C)制备机制砂砂浆,测试不同石粉含量下机制砂砂浆的工作性能和力学性能。分析了不同配合比下,石粉含量对机制砂砂浆性能的影响规律。结果表明:适量的石粉能够改善砂浆的工作性能,同时石粉能够发挥填充效应,提高砂浆密实性,从而提高砂浆的力学性能;石粉的最佳含量随砂灰比的增大而减小,随水灰比的增大而增大。研究结果对指导机制砂砂浆最佳石粉含量的确定具有较好的参考价值。 Stone powder is inevitably produced in the production of manufactured sand, and its size of particle is less than75μm. In order to explore the effect regularity of stone powder on the performance of manufactured sand mortar, the mortars with different water-to-cement ratio(W/C) and sand-to-cement ratio(S/C) were studied, and the workability and mechanical performance of mortar were tested when the content of stone powder was different. On this basis, the effect regularities of stone powder on the performance of mortars with manufactured sand were discussed. The results show that stone powder can improve the workability of fresh mortar, and stone powder can improve the flexural strength and compressive strength of mortar because of its physical filling effect, and the optimum content of stone powder decreases with the increase of S/C and increases with the increase of W/C. It has the reference value for directing the determination of optimum content of stone powder.
