假单胞菌属致使输血反应

摘要 输血为医学治疗的重要方法之一,尤在外科手术最常用,因而输血所致的致热反应屡见记述。反应的原因可为溶血性、致热原性和污染细菌所致。由于细菌在自然界中分布最广,因而在输血时如手术或消毒不严,极易造成细菌污染。文士域等曾按照医院血库常规进行输血者的皮膚消毒试验,然后检查皮膚上的灭菌情形,结果在14人中发现有85.7%的人可分离出细菌。其次,输血器材的消毒不够严密。 A Pseudomonas sp. was isolated simultaneously from the blood sample taken from a patient who responded immediately after transfusion, and the remaining blood sample that had been given to him. Bacteriological findings showed that the organisms isolated from two different sources were of the same morphological, cultural and biochemical characteristics They were both able to grow on beef extract agar at 37℃, at room temperature (about 18℃) and at ice-chest temperature, yet more luxuriantly at room temperature. On beef extract agar plate, they appeared as small, round, and transparent colonies after 24-hour growth at 37℃. and which became much larger after the plates were shifted to room temperatue for another 24 hours. Morphologically and biochemically, they were closely related to Ps. geniculata of Bergey’s classification. The organisms were further tested for their pathogenicity to laboratory animals. Results demonstrated that the organisms tested were able to give symptoms and death aftorward as that occurred in the patient in dogs after intravenous injection; but failed to do so in both mice and rabbits. The response of different animals to the organisms and the possible mechanism were briefly discussed.
