摘要
为了发现和研究牛精浆(bovine seminal plasma,BSP)蛋白及其相关蛋白在受精及受精卵发育中的重要作用,我们克隆了人类生殖相关新基因HBRP(Human BSP-Related Proteins),本文通过基因重组技术,构建了GST-HBRP融合蛋白表达质粒,在大肠杆菌中获得大量表达,并检测了该蛋白对PKC活性的影响。
In order to investigate the roles of bovine seminal plasma and its related proteins in fertilization and development of zygote,we cloned human reproduction related gene HBRP(Human BSP-Related Proteins) . In this study, we constructed the plasmid expressing fusion protein-GST-HBRP in Escherichia coli,and obtained a large amount of fusion protein. And also has been studying the impact of HBRP on PKC activity.
