摘要
试件几何因素对所测塑性指标(延伸率δ)有重要影响.尽管世界各国对试件规定了标准,但各国规定的标准各不相同,使得所测得的塑性指标不具有可比性.首先针对各向同性A3钢,对试件形状对塑性指标的影响进行了研究,提出了当量直径(矩形试件宽度和厚度的函数)的概念,获得了塑性指标与当量直径、试件长度之间的定量关系,在形式上获得了与圆柱形试件类似的关系.其次,针对薄板拉伸试件,利用当量直径的概念,研究了试件几何尺寸对塑性指标的影响,并且利用最小二乘法曲线拟合,获得了几种不同材料的塑性指标与试件几何尺寸之间的定量关系.为了解决因所用试件标准不同而带来的材料延伸率数据差异,在制定拉伸试件标准方面提出了新建议.
From the study of relation between specimen's shape and plastic indicator for isotropic material, the concept of equivalent diameter is introduced, and the quantitative relationship between plastic indicator and the ratio of gauge length to equivalent diameter is established. Using the concept of equivalent diameter, the quantitative relationships between elongation and physical dimensions of sheet specimen for several materials have been established through least squares fitting. The standardization of specimen is suggested to eliminate the difference in elongation resulting from different specimens used.
