海洋命运共同体是习近平总书记最新提出的'命运共同体'倡议,其内涵主要有:倡导相关各国共护海洋和平、共谋海洋安全、共促海洋繁荣、共建海洋环境与共兴海洋文化。它是百年未有之大变局下中国的战略选择和实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的必由路径,是为完善全球海洋治理提供的中国智慧。推动构建海洋命运共同体,关键在于倡导多边主义和国际合作,鼓励换位思考,直面全球海洋重大问题,最终凝聚共识,形成全球海洋利益共同体、责任共同体和命运共同体。

The Marine Community with Shared Destiny is the latest initiative advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping.Its main connotations are:calling on related countries to protect marine peace,seek marine security,promote marine prosperity,build marine environment and develop marine culture together.It is the strategic choice of China and the only way to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation amid the unprecedented great changes.It also shows the wisdom that China contributed to the improvement of global marine governance.To build the Community,the key lies in advocating multilateralism and international cooperation,having empathy,facing the major global ocean issues squarely,and eventually consolidating consensus,thus forming a global community with shared marine interests,shared responsibility and shared destiny.
