Research on Rural Poverty Control Based on Spatial Justice Orientation

空间的非正义是乡村贫困问题的根源,本文从地理、政治、文化三个方面描述城市与乡村的空间失衡现象,揭示乡村贫困的症结所在。精准扶贫是现阶段我国解决贫困问题的重要战略举措,是以乡村贫困地区的本源差异为基础,以乡村贫困人员的平等权利为目标,以多元乡村文化的和谐共生为特色的乡村空间重构。解决我国的乡村贫困问题,必须以空间正义为导向,坚持乡村贫困治理的有机创新。

Spatial injustice is the root cause of rural poverty.This paper describes the spatial imbalance between urban and rural areas in term of geography,politics and culture,and reveals the crux of the rural poverty problem.Alleviating poverty through targeted measures is of strategic importance in addressing the poverty issue in China at this stage.It is a reconstruction of the rural space that is based on the difference of origin in the poor rural areas,aims to ensure equal rights for the poor in rural areas,and features the harmonious coexistence of diverse rural cultures.To solve the problem of rural poverty in China,we must take spatial justice as the orientation and persist in the organic innovation of rural poverty management.
