小黄泥河洪水资源利用研究

Research on Utilization of Flood Resources in Xiao Huangni River

针对兴义市经济社会布局与水资源分布不平衡、水资源供需矛盾突出的问题,分析了兴义市西部小黄泥河流域径流调节能力低、汛期水资源得不到有效利用等特点,研究提出了小黄泥河洪水资源利用方案,可有效解决马别河流域水资源短缺问题,实现兴义市水资源优化配置。

With the social and economic development of Xingyi city,the demand for water has greatly increased. But the uneven distribution of water resources, the low ability to regulate flow and the inefficient use of flood water in Xiao Huangni River has caused the obvious imbalance between water supply and demand. In order to realize the optimal allocation of water resources of Xingyi city, this paper puts forward the optimal utilization of flood resources.
