软岩筑坝技术在官帽舟沥青混凝土心墙土石坝中的探索与研究 被引量:4

摘要 西南地区许多工程坝址岩性为泥质粉砂岩,研究软岩利用筑坝料对于环保筑坝和降低工程投资非常有必要。正在施工的官帽舟水电站挡水坝利用沥青混凝土一定程度的自愈性和适当的变形能力,合理开采枢纽软岩开挖料、加强其填筑标准,在坝体适当部位尝试充分利用软岩开挖料,实现了环保筑坝,降低了工程投资,同时尽量保证坝体结构安全。施工期监测数据反映了沥青混凝土心墙变形小,初步说明官帽舟沥青混凝土心墙土石坝充分利用软岩筑坝料是合适的。官帽舟沥青混凝土心墙土石坝在8度地震区、坝体填筑软岩比例在30%以上的沥青混凝土心墙土石坝高坝中,尚属国内首例,可为以后类似工程设计提供经验与借鉴。 The rock property of many engineering dam site in southwest China, is the mud silt stone. The research of how to use soft rock in daming is very necessary for green daming and can reduce engineering investment. Engineers of the dam under construction in Guanmaozhou hydropower station is attempting to make full use of mud siltstone in daming, for achieving a balance between excavation and filling with the solution to the difficulty of abandoning dregs. The monitoring data during the construction reflects the small deformation of the asphalt concrete core. It also preliminarily confirms that it is appropriate to make full use of soft rock dam material in Guanmaozhou hydropower station. Guanmaozhou dam with asphalt concrete core is the first domestic high dam with asphalt concrete to dam more than 30% soft rock ratio in the 8 degree earthquake zone. The design of Guanmaozhoudam can provide experience and reference for future similar engineering design.
