海平面上升和地面沉降对太湖流域水安全影响及对策初探 被引量:2

摘要 海平面上升加剧了沿海地区风暴潮、洪涝、海水倒灌和海岸侵蚀等自然灾害。地面沉降与海平面上升相叠加,进一步加剧了海平面上升对环境和人类活动所构成的威胁。太湖流域地处长江三角洲南翼,海平面上升及地面沉降对流域防洪、排水、水资源、水环境等方面的不利影响不容忽视。上海市位于太湖流域东部,紧临东海和杭州湾,是流域内受海平面上升和地面沉降影响最严重的地区。以上海地区为代表,在海平面上升和地面沉降相关预测成果的基础上,分析海平面上升和地面沉降对流域的影响,从工程与非工程措施等方面初步提出减缓影响的对策措施。 Sea level rise exacerbates storm tide of the coastal areas, flooding, saltwater intrusion, coastal erosion and other natural disasters. Ground subsidence and sea level rise are superposed, further exacerbates the threat of sea level rise on the environment and human activities. Taihu Lake Basin is located in the south of the Yangtze River Delta. The adverse effects of sea level rise and ground subsidence to the basin on flood control, drainage, water resources, water environment and other aspects should not be overlooked.Shanghai city is located in the eastern Taihu Lake Basin, close to the East China Sea and the Gulf of Hangzhou basin. It is the most serious area affected by rising sea levels and ground subsidence influence. Taking Shanghai area as representative, on the basis of the correlative forecast results, the impact of sea level rise and ground subsidence on the basin is analyzed, and the engineering and non-engineering preliminary countermeasures to mitigate the influence is put forward.
