摘要
降水是决定旱涝进程的最主要因素,此外,旱涝进程还受蒸发、渗漏、径流和地下水等水文过程的影响。利用一个水分收入与衰退物理模型发展起来的有效降水指数(WAP),能在短时间尺度上反映一个地区的旱涝状况。参考标准化指数的计算模式,改进计算了WAP。改进后计算的WAP(称SWAP),有效解决了降水区域性与季节性差异的问题,提高了干旱监测的准确性。SWAP能够清晰地从点和面描述干旱发生、发展、高峰和消退的过程,为干旱的识别、评估和防治提供了有效的手段,是一种理想的干旱监测指数。
the precipitation is the main factor of drought and flood process,in addition,the process is affected by evaporation,seepage and managing of droughts and floods,runoff and groundwater,etc.The influence of hydrological processes.Use a water income and recession physical model developed effective precipitation index( WAP),can in a short time scale reflect the status of a region of drought and flood.This paper reference standardization index calculation model,the improvement to calculate the WAP.The improved calculation of WAP( called a SWAP),effectively solved the problem of the regional and seasonal precipitation difference,improve the accuracy of drought monitoring.SWAP can clearly from the peak point and drought occurrence,development,and the process of the fading for drought prevention and control of the identification,assessment and provides an effective way,is an ideal index of drought monitoring.
