摘要 采用一次性丝网印刷电极为基底,将纳米金/聚多巴胺颗粒修饰在电极表面,固定苯并芘抗原,再依次与一抗和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记二抗作用,以对苯二酚为HRP催化过氧化氢反应的电子中介体进行电化学监测。采用竞争法检测水样中苯并芘的含量,结果表明,在0.05~5 000 ng/m L的浓度范围存在线性响应,其最低检测限可达0.035 ng/m L。 In this paper, the disposable screen printed electrodes was modified with polydopamine/gold nanoparticles, and then was used to immobilize the Benzo[a]pyrene antigen, primary antibody and HRP- Ab2 successively. The electrochemical behavior was monitored in the process of HRP catalytic reaction of H2O2, in which the hydroquinone was used as the electronic mediator. During the experiment, the dilution ratio of antigen, the primary antibody and the p H of the solution were discussed in detail. Under the optimized conditions, the competition reaction was adopted to detect the content of Benzo[a]pyrene in water. Results showed that the immune-sensor exhibit a wide linear range with a detection limit of 10- 11 g/m L.
