Preliminary Study on EPC Project Management of the First Stage in Changxi Diversion Canal Reconstruction Project

通过深圳市长西引水渠改造一期工程EPC项目管理实践,对在水务工程EPC项目管理过程中遇到的实际问题进行分析和总结,就中小型水务建设工程中EPC项目的设计和施工管理、适用范围、启动条件、合同管理、标准制定等提出建议,为EPC项目管理提供参考。

Through in the practice of EPC project management in the first stage of Changxi diversion canal reconstruction project in Shenzhen City, it is analyzed and summarized the practical problems in water conservancy EPC management. According to middle and small water construction projects, suggestions on the EPC project design and construction management, scope of application, application requirement, contract management and standard formulation are put forwards, which could be used as references for future EPC project management.
