摘要 水轮机发电效率的提升一般通过叶轮叶片翼型的优化等方法来实现,这一点已成为大多学者和设计者的共识,但是导水机构以及尾水管的优化和改进同样可以提升水轮机效率,却没有得到足够多的重视。基于某实体水轮机模型,将尾水管由单流道改为双流道,通过CFD流场模拟,计算尾水管流道变换后,尾水管的能量恢复率,为该型号水轮机效率的进一步提升提供理论参考。 Turbine power generation The efficiency improvement of the francis turbine generally go through by the optimization of the impeller bladeand the optimization airfoil to achieve,This opinion has been achieved by most of the scholars and designers consensus,but the other way of improving the efficiency of the francis turbinewater is not got enough attention by improveing the water guide and optimization of the tail pipe. In this article,we build the turbine model, change the tail pipe from a single channel to the dual channel, and then go through the CFD flow field simulation. In the last, we calculate and compare the energy recovery rate of the draft tube. The process can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization and further study of the centrifugal pump in the future.
