摘要
随着珠江水利事业的发展及流域信息化建设的不断深入,珠江委机关及委属各单位对水利地理信息应用的需求越来越多,因此有必要建立珠江委地理空间信息服务平台实现对空间数据的统一的发布、管理和使用。简要介绍珠江委地理空间信息服务平台建设的必要性、设计思想、设计目标、总体框架,分析平台建设的关键技术、功能设计和数据架构,并对平台的下一步建设提出了思考。
With the continuous deepening of the river basin development and informatization of Pearl River water conservancy, the Pearl River Commission and commission units need geographic information more and more. Therefore, it is necessary to establish PRWRC geospatial information service platform to achieve the release, management and use of the unified of spatial data. This paper briefly introduces the Pearl River Commission geospatial information service platform construction necessity, design idea, design objectives, overall framework, analysis of the platform for the construction of the key technology, function design and data architecture and construction of platform in the next step of proposed the ponder.
