一种新型挡墙生态凹槽参数确定方法及造价分析 被引量:4

摘要 在传统混凝土挡墙临水侧设置生态凹槽,具有便于落水者自救性能及生态性能。挡墙临水侧坡比、生态凹槽壁厚、槽深、槽距、槽宽尺寸,是设计新型生态挡墙的关键参数。根据水流冲击压力及槽壁受力及材料特性,推导出槽壁厚度计算公式。结果表明:①挡墙临水侧坡比宜取1∶0.3~1∶0.5;②当槽壁厚度计算值小于10 cm时,为方便施工宜取10 cm;③根据挡墙外侧坡比、生态凹槽内植物生长及方便落水者上岸等条件,确定槽距为60~100 cm,槽宽20~50 cm,槽深40~60 cm。工程实例表明,与传统混凝土挡墙相比,能适用传统混凝土挡墙之处,均能采用该新型挡墙;仅增加了模板及植物种植费用,而混凝土及土方回填量均有所减少;当不考虑植物种植费用时,工程费用仅增加0.94%,而当考虑种植植物费用时,工程造价增加14.51%。新型挡墙具有多种特性,且造价增加不多,安全实用。 The traditional concrete retaining wall was provided with an ecological groove on the water side,which has the self-rescue performance and ecological performance for the water dropper.The key parameters of the new ecological retaining wall are the slope ratio near the water,the wall thickness of the ecological groove,the groove depth,the groove distance and the groove width.According to the impact pressure of water flow and the stress and material characteristics of the groove wall,the formula for calculating the thickness of the groove wall was derived.The results show that:①the slope ratio of the retaining wall to the water side should be 1∶0.3~1∶0.5;②when the calculation result is less than 10 cm,10 cm should be taken for the convenience of construction;③according to the slope ratio outside the retaining wall,the plant growth in the ecological groove,and the conditions of convenient landing for those who fall into the water,it is determined that the groove distance is 60~100 cm,the groove width is 20~50 cm,and the groove depth is 40~60 cm.Engineering examples show that the new type of retaining wall can be adopted wherever it can be applied to the traditional concrete retaining wall compared with the traditional concrete retaining wall.Only the cost of formwork and plant planting has been increased,while the amount of concrete and earthwork backfilling has been reduced.When the cost of planting plants is not considered,the project cost increases by only 0.94%,while when the cost of planting plants is considered,the project cost increases by 14.51%.The new baffle wall has many characteristics,and the cost increase is not much,safe and practical.
