摘要 大型工程组织复杂性评价可以帮助管理者识别组织复杂性及产生的原因,以提高项目管理成功的概率。针对工程组织复杂性,在文献研究和调查问卷的基础上,构建了基于组织结构、组织行为、组织职能、组织信息、组织环境5个维度的大型工程组织复杂性评价指标体系,建立了基于AHP-SPA的大型工程组织复杂性评价模型,并用实例进行验证,可以为管理者识别组织复杂性,具有一定的理论意义与实践指导作用。 Large-scale engineering organization complexity evaluation can help managers identify organizational complexity and the causes of it to improve the probability of project management success.Based on the literature research and questionnaires,for engineering organizational complexity,the evaluation index system of complexity of large-scale engineering organization based on five dimensions of organizational structure,organizational behavior,organizational function,organizational information and organizational environment was constructed.The large-scale engineering organization complexity evaluation model based on AHP-SPA was established and verified by examples.It provided support for managers to identify organizational complexity and improve the probability of large-scale engineering management success.
