摘要 “红细胞免疫系统”概念于 1 981年首先由美国学者 Siegel提出。 2 0多年来国内外学者进行了大量研究 ,发现红细胞有许多与免疫有关的物质 ,并具有识别、粘附、浓缩、杀伤抗原 ,传递抗原信息和清除循环免疫复合物的能力。红细胞不但能参与机体免疫调控 ,并有完整的自我调控系统 ,在许多疾病发病机理中 ,红细胞免疫缺陷占有很重要的地位。文章回顾了红细胞免疫研究的发展历程 ,介绍了红细胞免疫的物质基础、免疫功能及影响红细胞免疫功能的因素 ,综述了红细胞免疫在分子生物学、临床医学。 The new concept 'Red-Cell Immune system' was proposed by Siegel, scholar of U.S.A, at first in 1981. Domestic and Foreign scholars have done a large number of research, and found that red cells have a lot of materials related to immunity ( such as CR1, CR3, LFA-3, SOD) over the past 20 years, which can discern, adhere, concentrate, kill antigen, transmit information of antigen and remove circulating immune compound (CIC). They participate in organism immunity, and have intact adjusting and control system oneself. A lot of diseases (SLE) among the immune pathogenesis, red-cell immune defect occupies the important status. This text reviewed the development course of red-cell immunity study,introduced material base of red-cell immunity, immunological function and factors influencing immune function of RBC,summarized development in all respects, such as molecular biology, clinical medicine, Chinese medicine science,etc.
