摘要
简要讨论了复合图书馆的概念及其发展渊源 ,揭示了文献信息资源多元化、传统业务与现代业务并存、人员结构和人员素质复合化、内部机构实现重组、体制和功能的一致性五个基本特征 ,建议明确我国图书馆的定位 ,加强复合图书馆的探讨。
This article discussed the conception of the hybrid library and its phylogeny in brief,displayed its five characteristics that:the resource of document information is multiplicate,traditional and modern operation coexist,the group structure and the personnel making are complex,interior unit reformed,the system and function are consistent.Suggested to make certain the function of the library,strengthen the research of the hybrid library.
